“Great customer service! Pulled in at the drive thru and asked if the chicken livers were fresh. Next thing I know an employee is running out the back door with liver samples for me to try! 5 stars to the employees working today 8/23. And the livers were fresh and delicious!! “I was a little disappointed in my chicken today.KFC has always been the best in my opinion.But today, Dec 12th, the chicken was chewy, and it lacked the special spices I love so much.Someone wasn't following the colonels recipe.2 wraps and 8 nuggets.“

“Drive through people are always friendly. I love the salad but you have to check the lettuce BEFORE you leave. A lot of the time it's slimy and spoiled and we need to get a new one. They used to comp a replacement remotely through the app but not you have to do it in person. I sometimes forget to check and end up wasting the $10+ as it's the item I usually pick up when I'm not immediately hungry but my partner is grabbing something for themselves.
Also they used to give more chicken, but the protein sizes have been shrinking. Other Chick-fil-A's haven't reduced their portion sized which is annoying as this is the only drivable location.“
