They are lucky i have to give a star. This was the worst place I have ever been to in my life. Ordered all the meats they had and brisket is a boiled roast, the sausage was like a slim Jim, chicken breast was dry and unseasoned, chicken wings was very very dry. They didn't even have ice for the drinks. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Over $100 down the drain. Don't go to this place in Waynesville, NC!!!!

I placed an order through the Dickies mobile app, only to arrive at the location to find out it was closed even though it was within their posted business hours. I live about 20 minutes away, so this was a ton of my time wasted. It's unacceptable that the app allows me to place an order for a location that is closed. As of the time of this writing, I have also not been refunded the money yet.

I WAS GIVEN BROWN SLAW, DRIED UP BEANS, TOUGH THIN BUNS, GREASY, FAT FILLED BBQ, OLD TEA AND NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BUILDING AND NO COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYEES. WE GOT UP AND LEFT THE $30 WE PAID FOR OF INEDIBLE FOOD ON OUR TABLE AND LEFT. SO DISAPPOINTING.

The owners are clearly not Americans...ans know nothing about good BBQ the food was awful.if you want to succeed hire someone other than your own family to smoke the meat!!!

Stopped in Sunday after church for a meal. I’ve been to other Dickey’s Barbecue Pits in other locations and based on that experience I was expecting a good meal and experience. I had trouble communicating with the owners and finally got my order of a three meat platter placed. After placing the order and sitting down we were told that they didn’t have one of the items, ribs, available. Made a substitution and waited for our food to arrive.
The first part of the order was brought out to the table and the meats were warm, not hot. The baked beans were not hot and were undercooked. I had ordered an order wings that were hot, but tasted old.
All in all, a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend, nor will I be going back.

I was go there and the food is tasty and yummy, i never had before the barbeque but this place make good dishes , i suggest to everyone must try one time on this place also i like them customer service, owner andy sharma is good person he take care of customers ??
Was charge ld on my debit card and was told it didn't go through so I paid cash . Checked my account and money had been taken out. The owner would not refund money . Will not be back and do not recommend anyone else to . Would not allow zero star review or they would've gotten it

Stopped by to grab lunch today.. what a cluster that was.. no ice at the machine, no lid for my cup, had to ask 3 times for a straw, girl at register i could hardly understand her, very little english. $13 cold rubber sandwich with cold mush uncooked fries then go to get a gulp of drink and it was basically ice soda water, then top it off no napkins in the bag. Disgusting and I'll never go back again.. don't waste your time or money here. My food was not fit for a dog and it went in the trash along with the soda water.

Eat at your own health risk. So hot inside. No ice and fountain machine was room temp. Pulled pork was so dry. It's not texas toast. It was just a slice of bread. Don't even think about using that bathroom. If only corporate could see it. They'd be so disappointed too.

Very poor service, soda was flat. When advising that it was not correct, staff simply gave us a new cup, no words of empathy for an issue. The food was not good at all. Temperature in the building was about 90 degrees. Appears to be language barrier when attempting to communicate with staff. I wish them the best but will never return.
