Ordered the 20.00 deal at 7:30 pm. Was told it would be at the most 30 minutes for delivery. An hour went by and I called to be told my order was put in as a pickup. Gave a discount from 23.00 to 14.00. Order was delivered at 9:30 pm. Did not recieve sauce for garlic bites or icing for cinnamon twists. Pizza was reheated and burnt on edges. Sad....

December 29 at 6:30 pm, I ordered a large meat lovers or whatever they call their meat pizza - for delivery. At 7:30 pm, I called and was told the pizza was out for delivery. During the call, I could hear some smart-ass in the background saying it would be two hours on my pizza. The large CHEESE pizza arrived at 7:40 pm, AND it was cold. This was the SECOND screw up from this same location. I figured the first time was maybe somebody having a bad day, no big deal. BUT.....twice in a row?! Yea, these clowns will get ZERO business from me in the future.

First, the staff here is not the problem. Rather, it's the lack thereof. One poor guy on a Sunday. No, seriously ONE. He had amazing patience and resilience as the phone rang off the hook, people piled up in the lobby. Hey Team Carolinas, Inc., this is shameful. If you are the proprietor of this business under these circumstances, you ought to be here rolling pizza dough yourself.
I love this Dominos! They are always very polite. My experience with them is always top tier, and I get pizza from them pretty often! One day I decided to become a rewards member and I’m so glad I did because my experience has only gotten better! They usually never mess up and when they do they genuinely care and try to fix it whether that’s giving me a whole FREE pizza or a quality discount for my next order. I also love how they offer discounts and coupons regularly throughout the year, and if you are a rewards member you get even more coupons/discounts! I love that when you get 60 points (you get points when ordering a certain amount of items) you can redeem a FREE PIZZA, AND it doesn’t take forever to earn the points like most places. I’ve gotten probably about 10 free pizzas just THIS year (can you tell it’s one of my favorite foods LOL) from redeeming my points. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication so much that I literally only order from this pizza place. Thank you to the amazing team there for making this customer happy. ❤️?

Delivery driver was very rude and very reckless parked in the middle of road on a blind curve and wouldn’t move then proceeded to cuss me and call me names for no reason very not acceptable and very dangerous to be parked in the road

Has been on point every time I get a pie. Sometimes their sufficiently friendly. The delivery drivers are sometimes wreckless. Especially the one that got terminated. There times are good and your pizza will be ready. Good parking.

Ordered pizza and wings. App said it would take 30 to 39 minutes. Got the order an hour and a half later. Everything was cold. Wings had no sauce on them. Second time this is happened.

Been getting deliveries for years and when they make a mistake they correct it you get a choice of a free pizza or a discount on your next order. Join the rewards program it's worth it for more pizzas. They add some new items to the menu from time to time the cheese dip is great the tater tots you have to eat fast when they get cold they're not like cold pizza that you can eat.
