Very disappointed with this visit as I ordered on the mobile app to pick up inside. Upon receiving my first drink, it was very apparent that it did not have any mocha in it and was also apparently made with cold brew. I ordered a medium iced mocha latte add three pumps of coconut. The manager remade the drink and I left with it because it appeared proper. Upon my drive home I realized that I was not drinking what I ordered initially. What I ended up with was a medium iced peppermint mocha. Normally this location is spot on, I have no clue what happened today. Definitely disappointed

The munchkins were not fresh. They had moisture bubbles on the outside coatings, especially the the glazed.

I got medium iced matcha and they filled the cup to the very top with ice instead of to the top ice line on the cup. I couldnât even insert a straw, I had to keep shaking and pushing the straw to get it to reach the bottom. 5 large sips and the matcha was gone. None of the vanilla flavor either. Doesnât taste like they added any vanilla at all when the sticker says there is 3 pumps of it. What a rip off!

The management seems to really have gone down hill. Waiting for over 15 minutes for one drink, no communication from the employees. When the âmanagerâ or who I assumed was the manager asked what was going on with my drink, the employee replied with an âI donât know.â And then nothing was done. No follow up. Didnât bother to get up from paperwork or her phone screen to manage the employees who were clearly struggling. Seems very unprofessional to be sitting in the dinning area not assisting the employees or the customers. This spot used to be on it but one thing after another has gone down hill from service time to service in general.
