The management seems to really have gone down hill. Waiting for over 15 minutes for one drink, no communication from the employees. When the “manager” or who I assumed was the manager asked what was going on with my drink, the employee replied with an “I don’t know.” And then nothing was done. No follow up. Didn’t bother to get up from paperwork or her phone screen to manage the employees who were clearly struggling. Seems very unprofessional to be sitting in the dinning area not assisting the employees or the customers. This spot used to be on it but one thing after another has gone down hill from service time to service in general.

After going through the drive through to get 2 large drinks, no Straws. I go inside no large Straws but lots of tiny ones.
I ask about them.

"They are in the bag".
me : "Um OK, can I get 2 I just went through the drive through"
her :"we are out"
me :" So..... how'd you have them for that order?" points to bag she was pointing at
her :"They're in the bag. No I mean we are out....."
seriously??
never again. Starbucks or I'll drive half hour away.

Our cappuccinos were good! Mobile order pickup inside - was very quick . Friendly staff . Clean, quiet, well organized atmosphere .
Parking: Free parking, long drive thru line. I found it easier to park and pick up mobile order inside.

Update 12/30/24 - This Dunkin Donuts location has to be the best anywhere. Consistent, fast, always delicious and very friendly. Thanks for always making our experience great!

I used to frequent here several times a week but I would rather not have the elderly man in the lobby early morning trying to sell me some book he wrote and degrading Trump. I’d rather have my food served without ANY politics at all, no matter the side. The food used to be good but now sandwiches are thrown together haphazardly. The drinks are 50/50 on whether they will be correct even though the prices keep going up and up. The app program they introduced a couple of years ago and tried to gaslight us into thinking as so great is actually much worse than the previous one. I stopped going a few months ago after my last political-rant encounter while I was trying to eat my breakfast.
We were on a road trip today, and passing through this Duncan, we stoped in for a quick coffee and some food. We got my little girl out to change her and get her some breakfast and as soon as we walked in to sit down she got sick, apparently she was car sick and we didn’t know. This staff was absolutely incredible. We felt awful for the mess and how hectic everything was as people were just enjoying their food and coffee, but the staff handled it with so much professionalism and care. They cared for my daughter so well, and also assured me they have had children too and they have all dealt with situations like these. Extremely grateful for their care and support, not to mention their food and coffee was great!
Thank you to the staff at this location, we appreciate you so much, you made us feel like family!
