The place was nice and clean service was fast. Quality was great. Firehouse has always been a family favorite with us. I am so glad they are in Waynesville now.

First off I'd like to say when this store first opened it was incredible, delicious! Since then the quality has gone down. Yesterday my husband ordered an Italian and I ordered turkey and provolone. When we got the sandwiches home my husband had a turkey and ham sandwich and my turkey and provolone had no lettuce no tomato It was just turkey and provolone. Ingles is right next door making boar's Head subs and I guess that's where we're going to start going, again. Sorry Firehouse consistency is key.

First of all, this is only my second time trying them since they've been open the first time that we ordered. Only one of four subs was done wrong. This time two out of four were wrong. Extremely wrong but it makes it to the point that then you have to prepare other food for people because their food's wrong. There's a sign in the door that they close at 7:00. The door is locked before 7:00 course. I was let in after knocking my food wasn't ready. It was made so wrong that there's obviously no way that they read the order ticket because the manager took my order. If you guys don't get things straight and fix things there, you're not going to last here. You don't do anything to correct things. The first time that we got an order and it was wrong it was like okay. We'll do better next time. Well instead you did twice as wrong and I can only say that I'm bummed this is usually a great chain. I've ate it. The ones in Asheville. We've never had a problem with an order there. Maybe if people said in and eat then they can look at their food and you guys will fix it. I don't know but you got to get your s*** straight cuz it's not fair to your customers

They didn’t ask if I wanted my sub toasted and I didn’t ask for it to be toasted. Now my lettuce, tomato and mayo is ….luke warm… eww

Exactly what I expect from a firehouse. Fantastic subs. Fairly quick. I always love the fact that they let you try a bunch of different barbecue and hot sauces. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even give me some pointers on some delicious new ways to try some old favorites

3rd order in a row that has been incorrect. I consistently order the Hook and Ladder without tomatoes and mayonnaise and this is the 3rd order in a row that has mayonnaise and tomatoes left on it along with none of the extras I requested and paid for. At this point, it’s pathetic!

So I’m a door dasher and I take it very serious!!! Well I went in today to get a DoorDash order and a young guy made me read the order to him but that’s not even the problem that’s understandable but he checked the order to make sure it was correct and then he said your all good have a great day so I left thinking everything was in the bag well it wasn’t I got to the place I was delivering to and the customer was MISSING A DRINK AND SOMETHING ELSE!!!!

Got 2 sandwiches exactly how they are on menu except for just adding onions on one sub. Of course they weren’t there when I got home. Not much meat either, terribly overpriced.
