Last night (1/26/26 @~9:00pm) DoorDash assigned me an order for pickup at this location and when I arrived no one had started the order I was assigned and it took me a few minutes to get the staff’s attention. No big deal there, it’s late and the place was a ghost town post winter weather advisory so they probably hadn’t received any orders in a while. The 15 minutes I waited in the lobby without proper communication of when my order would be ready isn’t why I’m writing this review.
While I waited I overheard the girl working the front desk say something along the lines of “The next person to ask to talk to the manger we should give them this picture of our dead manager hahaha” to whoever was in the office with them. A few moments later the girl working the front desk gets my attention and asks me “would you like this picture?” While holding out a full page printed picture of what I can only assume to be their recently deceased coworker.
Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable after this interaction and shortly after unassigned my order so that I could leave the establishment.

Dead slow me n 3 cars are just waiting for food been here 15 minutes. Since when can’t they produce food at a window? Just close the window down. Let’s hope the foods good hence the 2 stars.

KFC changes original recipe so I don’t go here anymore. Try Wal-mart chicken. Both taste the same.

This girl has been ordered a six piece original and when I got my chicken you can tell the chicken was laying on top of each other the way it was cooked so it caused my chicken to be undercooked so I had to get the crispy chicken because they didn't have any more original chicken also did not get the great items with my meal

Great customer service! Pulled in at the drive thru and asked if the chicken livers were fresh. Next thing I know an employee is running out the back door with liver samples for me to try! 5 stars to the employees working today 8/23. And the livers were fresh and delicious!! Thanks for the great service.

Great original recipe chicken. Was fresh. Bathrooms were so so. Little greasy on the floors. Usual fast food restaurant feel.

Put in an online order and when I arrived to pick up the food was paid for, I was told that they accidentally gave it to another customer. Then, i was told I could not get a refund without contacting corporate. And if I wanted to reorder my food and pay again that I'd have to wait until they were done serving the drive thru. Called corporate and even though they gave my food away and rendered no service at all, they still refuse to refund my money.
Great fast food, chicken was fresh and the sides were good.

There were a group of customers in the lobby. It was over 10 minutes with no one welcoming us, or telling us someone would be with us. The restaurant was dirty, it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The food was not warm, and underwhelming. I will not return.

I genuinely dont typically write bad reviews. but your dinner rush crew is a joke. only one girl actually taking orders and one person doing drive thru the rest just standing around with a thumb up their butt not doing anything.

Went thru the drive thru. The cost of two white chicken meals 3 pcs with coleslaw and mash potatoes was over 28 dollars. I really can't afford to eat here anymore. Way to costly for a fast food restaurant.

I have always loved KFC. But I went in to the KFC in Waynesville Nc and some of the employees were sitting on the slide top freezer and smoking/vaping in side and to make it worse they were in the kitchen while and where food was being prepared. No bueno folks.

Tried to get an order, but I was never even acknowledged. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and didn’t even get a hello. Would not have minded waiting if I was told they’d be with me, but not to even acknowledge me or the 4 other families in line had me leave.
