Never been to a Kilwins before, as we don't have them in TN. Delightful lemon sherbet and mint chocolate chip bowl. Chocolate toffee truffles great! Bought some caramel popcorn for a gift. Highly recommend!

The hot Chocolate is delicious ?? it was creamy and it is very hard to find hot chocolate like that usually they are watery ?, also I couldn’t believe this place had marzipans!!!!! OMG! I wanted to take them all to my home ! Thank you so much for letting me in with my puppy !

I had never been here before but I came to the one in Waynesville when in town. Absolutely great service and the candy apples were delicious, I had the one dipped in caramel, then white chocolate then sprinkled with cinnamon and it was delectable. They'll even cut it into slices for you. I also had a chocolate milkshake and some of their candies. They also have the most unique hot cocoa bags. It is a giant bag of shavings of their chocolate bars with directions on it how to cook. It was so much better than the typical starbucks or swiss miss powdered cocoa. If you see one and like sweets, definitely go in.

Their ice cream is great and they give you plenty of it, plus their seasonal flavors are delicious. I recommend the pumpkin and apple pie flavors.

Stopped at Kilwins in Waynesville today. There were 2 female employees both with long hair. One had her hair pulled back but when she bent over to scoop ice cream, her hair on the side was hanging over the ice cream. She also rubbed her nose with the hand scooping the ice cream. The other girl had her hair in braids in front of her shoulders and she kept touching them. No gloves or hand washing in between serving. ?
