Food was not good. Too much pepper in clear soup. Rice had no taste. Shrimp were cold and steak over cooked. Waiter was very nice.

This is a specific style of Japanese restaurant that I have only found in the mountains and love. One of the signature items of this style are the sweet carrots. It is the same style as Asaka in Asheville (which we hope eventually reopens after flooding in Helene). We had a great experience here and the food was excellent. The tuna roll was excellent. The hibachi was excellent. My picky kids ate udon noodles, rice, edamame, and California roll sushi and everyone was happy. I highly recommend and will be back the next time we are in town.

Best eggroll ever.. Shrimp not overpowered with excess sauce. Crispy on the outside. The shrimp, under the coating, was properly cooked, but very bland.

Our server was Jason. He was excellent and attentive. The wife and I had the large sushi rolls. The Bentley and the Waynesville. They were awesome 👌. They have relocated and upgraded their menu. We will be back.
