This is a specific style of Japanese restaurant that I have only found in the mountains and love. One of the signature items of this style are the sweet carrots. It is the same style as Asaka in Asheville (which we hope eventually reopens after flooding in Helene). We had a great experience here and the food was excellent. The tuna roll was excellent. Our server was Jason. He was excellent and attentive. The wife and I had the large sushi rolls. The Bentley and the Waynesville. They were awesome 👌. They have relocated and upgraded their menu. We will be back.
My favorite sushi and hibachi since I’ve moved up to Maggie valley. The food is always great and service is friendly. Sometimes they get busy and service can be slow but well worth the wait
