One of my favorite places in Waynesville. Always friendly and a great selection of ice cream. Nice portions too. I've never tried their crepes but I've heard they're good too.

If you are every visiting Lake Junaluska or Waynesville, you have to stop in Lakeside Delights. The french toast was so delicious and paired very well with coffee. Next time I'll try to order an omelette. Definitely give it a try!

We visited Lakeside Delights for the first time on Sunday, I must say they have fantastic service! My little guy wanted an ice cream cone, but they always melt to fast for him so the very nice lady said “I'll make a special one for him†so she topped his ice cream cup with a cone which totally made his day! My 2 guys ordered the mint chocolate chip ice cream & told me the way you can tell if it's good mint chocolate chip ice cream is if it has big pieces of chocolate in it...and indeed it did, they both said it's the BEST they've ever had! I splurged on a piece of iced lemon loaf pound cake (because that's my favorite from Starbucks) so I just had to compare it and it was sooo good! We will definitely visit Lakeside Delights more often! This awesome place is a great addition to our community, we love supporting small businesses!
