My wife said it was the nicest and cleanest McDonalds she has ever been in. There was a woman who greeted us cheerfully as she was tidying up the place and was making sure everything was just so. A+++ for her effort and welcoming attitude.

I am currently one of 5 cars that went thru drive thru and was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait on their food. They bring the food for one and then pull another car to park. If there were more spots, they would pull more cars up, but they have stayed full the whole 15 minutes I've been waiting. What is the point of drive thru if we have to park anyway? Get better!!

I only go to the one down town because they give me a 15% veterans discount. It is a s shame that more franchise holders don't do the same thing. Koodos to down town Franklin McDonalds for honoring Veterans.

I've been coming to 4his McDonald's for years, and I can say they always do a good job and its always fairly quick and accurate!

It's 50/50 with this location. Always slow, very slow. May or may not get you order correct. I try to avoid when other restaurants are still open.

Was given a chicken sandwich with a bite taken out of it. The manager threatened to fight us as a response. It was that, do a tape review, or call the cops. She proceeded to start hitting us with the "no habla Ingles" from herself and her employee. Or she started answering the phone pretending to be an employee. Either way, management thinks they're "not corporate" when they most definitely are.

Don't hand me a number tent which says, "Please place on your table and we'll bring your food to you," if you're not willing to walk 10 feet to bring it to my table. Restaurant was cold with no apparent heat running, and service was lacking despite having 5+ staff in the back. Asked for ketchup because they were out of honey mustard and barbecue, the 2 other sauces I would've wanted, and they did not bother including ketchup in the bag. No ketchup in self-serve area. Had to wait at the counter an additional 10 minutes for anyone to pay attention long enough to give me 2 packets of ketchup.

They shut the place down as we sat in drive thru as the open 24 hours lights went off. Could have at least told us. Would have been better that just shutting everything off. But that’s what 15 year olds do.

I go here a lot and I have finally had enough. The guy in the morning needs a new job . Can never get my order right ( from steak egg and cheese bagel meal to a big breakfast with hot cakes and steak) wants to argue with me on every order .. this time I order the big breakfast and was told we can’t do the steak and when I get to work find out my hot cakes are missing … come on get better staff plz … for your business you need to !!!!

Every time we come through this drive through there is an issue with our meal. Have to be asked multiple times what we ordered, my son has autism and we say multiple times to make sure the burger is plain. They say they go it down as plain. Low and behold the burgers have everything on it every damn time.
