While the restaurant is clean, they were not too busy and took several min to take the order they were only focusing on drive through that was not more t h at 1 to 2 cars at a time. Then the poor girl behind me they didn't even take her order. The food was tasty but really need to focus on friendly service

I get workers are people and not my slave so I understand the few times I’ve come in and the staff weren’t immediately attentive, and while the kiosks can be hard to learn as someone with talent I know how to use them when it’s busy hours. I’ve also learn that in the drive through they are pressured to kept times down by parking people, it’s a little annoying but I kinda like waiting and the view at the parking area is lovely. I also make sure to quality check my food in a parking spot out of the way before driving away or home to ensure it’s good so I don’t waste my time or act like an idiot when my food gets cold cause I wait to eat it till I get home.

I asked for my chicken to be cooked fresh and plain and needless to say they wasn't either one I asked for my frappe to have extra ice and you would think I'm asking for the moon but yet I still did not get no extra ice

the breakfast is always old and the eggs i’ve been getting are RAW DO NOT GET ANYTHING WITH EGG I HAD A MOUTH FULL OF RAW EGG and when called to complain and let them know they hung up im appalled i will be reporting them to food services cause that is soo dangerous and whoever is in that kitchen shouldn’t be

Didn't look that busy for the drive-through, but had 2 cars pulled to side and 2 in drive-through and waited like 10 minutes for 6 nuggets and small fries. Fries hot nuggets warm.

I wish I could give ten stars on everything. We just came back from a long exhausting day of having fun in Tennessee, ordered our food thru the mobile app, staff was exceptionally friendly and very sweet, food was hot and fresh, I would 100% be comming back whenever we go to Tennessee again! Thank you!

Standard McDonald's, exactly what's expected, fairly quick consistent expectations on the food. The entry and exit turn is a little nuts. My big pickup truck has trucks exiting because they pulled a car up and I couldn't get around them. Totally locked in until they moved.
