I love this taco truck. Im from California and used to live in San Fernando Valley and i really miss the street tacos i would get there because they're authentic and made with love. Mi Montañita Tacos is the most authentic in all of Waynesville and if you want a real experience, this is the truck to go to. The meat is always perfect and tender, especially the lengua. If you like REAL mexican food, this place is a must. If i could eat here daily, i would be here for lunch...
Happened on this joint v randomly and decided to order the al pastor tacos. They were SO good. I was blown away by how beautifully seasoned the meat was and the sauce it was cooked in was SO tangy bright. Tortillas were dank as well. Worth the trip from Asheville if you want very legit tacos from a super sweet small biz!
