Delivery driver showed up with my order in trunk. When she opened the trunk, there were 3 bags of trash next to my order. Been a lifelong customer until today.
Two hours ago my wife and I ordered a Large Original Stuffed Crust with Classic Marinara Sauce, Bacon, and chicken pizza. We picked it up and there were one male employee and a female without uniform wearing a tank top. The women gave me the pizza. When we arrived to our cabin we realized they gave us the wrong one. If you want your pizza the same day you order it do not use our Pizza Hut! Hours and hours later you may get pizza. The phone is NEVER answered if you need to check on your order and if you go in person to check on your order all you get are excuses. Not to mention that having to drive to the store kind of defeats the purpose of DELIVERY! I never complain like this but this happens every time! If you can’t complete customer orders then close your doors!
