I was sitting waiting and witnessed the manger yelled at an employ IN FRONT of customers and the employ was the only one on the register trying to do her job. I witnessed her do the right thing and the manger thinking she was right. I think they need to retrain this manger on respect for others.

Not pleased! The waitress didn’t check on us offer refills she also stood so far away like she was afraid she would catch something! Noticed her roll her eyes at other customers. They refused to let anyone sit in booths if there wasn’t more than 2 people the tables are tiny! I would rather drive to canton store

Worst customer service received by a manager none the less. She was rude, always right, over-charges us and needs a lesson in customer service. Both my mother and I are self employed and feel its necessary for this review so the franchise owner understands that the manager either needs to replaced or re-trained for better flow with employees and happy customers. We will never go back to this location.

Football Sunday and Pizza Hut did a lot of advertising. So we ordered the Stuffed Crust and 16 wings for $19.99. Ordered on the app, it still took over an hour to get our order. Cashier was sweet and apologized for the wait. A young man working the back also apologized. The whole time I waited the manager was very loud and rude. Today had to be a hard day because of all the advertising during football. Pizza was average, wings were over breaded.
Got my food hot and quick. Food was excellent and my driver was very nice.

I went in got a carry out order and asked an employee if I could eat inside and she said yes then the manager went up to my table very aggressively and started complaining to us. Could not finish my meal because of his attitude and me and my family left never coming back. Stanky attitude from the manager.

I was in town for a show and called for delivery, and was told they don't deliver 3 miles down the road. On top of that the employee that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude, and hung the phone up on me. Basically slammed the phone down. When I come back for the next show Mini trucking nationals, I will make sure no one orders food from this establishment!
