Delivery driver showed up with my order in trunk. When she opened the trunk, there were 3 bags of trash next to my order. Been a lifelong customer until today.

We visit the Waynesville area often and usually eat here during our visit. I've never had a bad experience at this location and the food has always been great! I also recently had a mess up with an older on my part( it was totally my fault) . Nate was so kind and helped me get everything straightened out. He has the best attitude and is very appreciative of your business. He is definitely an asset to this business. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

I ordered a pizza at 4:09 and arrived to pick up. Waited a while and workers where talking, they wouldn't tell me anything. I asked what going on. Cashier said we gave away your pizza. They started another pizza. When it was done I picked up and asked for a discount because it was now 5:00. Cashier got the manager. Cashier asked if I could have a discount. The manager didnt respond. The cashier looked at me and I asked that this was ordered at 4:09 can I have a discount for the long wait or throw in some apple pies, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and didn't respond. I guess I've been lucky, I haven't ever had someone in the food industry treat me in such a insulting way. I will never eat here again.

The place was very clean, good service and pizza was perfect. So hard to find the “dine in” Pizza Hut anymore. This was one 5 star all the way.
If I could give less than 1 star I would! Whoever the female manager is here is extremely rude. This is not the first time she has been so. My pizza was so messed up, it was not fit for consumption. The other pizza was equally as bad. I absolutely will not be back!! Its sad, I used to love Pizza Hut!

I was sitting waiting and witnessed the manger yelled at an employ IN FRONT of customers and the employ was the only one on the register trying to do her job. I witnessed her do the right thing and the manger thinking she was right. I think they need to retrain this manger on respect for others.

Not pleased! The waitress didn’t check on us offer refills she also stood so far away like she was afraid she would catch something! Noticed her roll her eyes at other customers. They refused to let anyone sit in booths if there wasn’t more than 2 people the tables are tiny! I would rather drive to canton store
