Had a complaint about the service and Nathan the manager accepted no fault and hung up the phone. I'm not the one selling pizzas, you are Nathan. Be a man and accept your mistakes, don't blame others. You are supposed to be a leader, you have failed miserably.

Delivery driver showed up with my order in trunk. When she opened the trunk, there were 3 bags of trash next to my order. Been a lifelong customer until today.

It had been a long time since I had an original pan pizza from Pizza Hut. So I opted to indulge. How was pleased the pizza was great the staff is friendly and all the other weren't many people there at this time, the place was clean including the bathroom.

Indoor seating limited. Salad bar had fresh items and the pizza was cooked as ordered. Service was very good by the young lady handling eat in customers and working the counter for walk in customers.

We visit the Waynesville area often and usually eat here during our visit. I've never had a bad experience at this location and the food has always been great! I also recently had a mess up with an older on my part( it was totally my fault) . Nate was so kind and helped me get everything straightened out. He has the best attitude and is very appreciative of your business. He is definitely an asset to this business. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

I ordered a pizza at 4:09 and arrived to pick up. Waited a while and workers where talking, they wouldn't tell me anything. I asked what going on. Cashier said we gave away your pizza. They started another pizza. When it was done I picked up and asked for a discount because it was now 5:00. Cashier got the manager. Cashier asked if I could have a discount. The manager didnt respond. The cashier looked at me and I asked that this was ordered at 4:09 can I have a discount for the long wait or throw in some apple pies, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and didn't respond. I guess I've been lucky, I haven't ever had someone in the food industry treat me in such a insulting way. I will never eat here again.
