We unexpectedly had to feed a ton of people. I called this Pizza Hut on a Sunday around 11am see if I could order 13 pizzas and get 25 drinks. The person who answered the phone and was so great- even ensuring they could get it done in 25 minutes!!! Went to pick it up and the pizzas were ready and the service was great. They even thanked me for supporting their business. Thank you!!

They didn’t respect the menu prices with the excuse that they needed to upgrade them, when the manager came he wasn’t flexible and blame it on something unreasonable, they definitely need new staff or better

I can even express how I was treated by the manager. Not only is the customer service bad, they got my order wrong. I ordered a medium meat lovers hand toss. I got home and got a small supreme. I ordered at the store in person for a carry out. While I was waiting in my car. Another customer said she was treat badly too. I am not going back. I order from another pizza retailer.
Literally the worst dine in experience I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude, had zero courtesy and actually went out of their way to be rude. Either the staff is racist or just have extremely poor service. Regardless completely inexcusable.

Nathan was watching for me when I arrived for my pickup order. I did not know how to check in, and was trying to figure it out when he came out to see if I was their Curbside customer. He gave me the information regarding checking in, for future reference, as well as bringing my food right out to me without me having to check in this time.I ordered a Dinner Box, and everything was hot, fresh, well made, and super delicious, so Kudos to the ones that made my order as well!!! Even the leftovers that I ate for breakfast this morning were super yummy!!!! So many times, this day and age, customer service, common courtesy, professionalism, pride in craftsmanship, leadership, personal accountability, and so many other numerous things are lacking... but, not at this Pizza Hut location!!!! I was and am super impressed, and highly satisfied and pleased!!! I would recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone that is looking for fresh, hot, delicious pizza, breadsticks, and dessert!!!!
