We absolutely love The Singletree Restaurant! We give you five stars without hesitation.

We were there the very first week Josh Weeks opened this establishment and have been loyal patrons ever since—sharing it with friends, cheering him on, and returning again and again.

Tonight’s meal was outstanding. The duck, ordered by my husband and son, was absolutely delicious, and my scallops were succulent and fabulous. Every visit reinforces why we love coming back.

Thank you for consistently delivering farm-to-table, thoughtfully prepared food in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will continue to support and recommend you.

JR Williams was the BEST waiter! He was very polite and respectful!!!! The food was so awesome! I got the burger and I eat a lot of burgers and it was the best one by far!!!!!

A new discovery, we unexpectedly found on our way back home. We have eaten in two other restaurants in town. Singletree Heritage was top shelf.

From the moment the first bite hit my palate, I knew I was in for something special. Every item on my plate was nothing short of fantastic—flawlessly prepared, perfectly balanced, and thoughtfully presented. It’s rare to find a meal where each element complements the next so seamlessly. Whether it was the richness of the sauce, the crispness of the garnish, or the surprising layers of spice and texture, everything came together in a way that felt both sophisticated and deeply satisfying.

And the best part? The price. Frankly, it could have been significantly higher and still felt like a bargain considering the quality of the food and the overall experience.

This place nails it every time! Last night I had red snapper that was served w a coconut rice -there was more but I unfortunately cannot describe this dish to a fair level other than to say it was by far my favorite dining experience in a long time. I started w a Caesar salad along w the others at my table. It's the best one around. Salad served in a Parmesan cracker bowl.... Like warm Parmesan was shaped and cooled and the salad went perfectly inside. Just can't say enough! It's nice to get excited about dinner w friends knowing it's going to be money well spent ~ plate presentation is always creative w color and if you take pics of food, you'll need your camera. I was too hungry to snap any, but I wish I would have. It was a beautiful night to enjoy the patio and the service was fantastic as well. No rush. Very accommodating and kind. And we had lots of laughs as well.
Don't pass this place up.
Owners are dedicated and talented and it shows- you'll see and taste it yourself.

On a recommendation we visited this restaurant for its food. Upon entering we advised of our reservation and were promptly seated. The greeting was satisfactory although nothing warming about it, slightly disappointed. The interior was perfectly decorated with its environment. Wood tables and chairs making you feel at home in the mountains yet adding some classy touches. The barn doors were a nice touch with the sound dampners beautifully matched with the windows for sound control...it gets crowded and can be loud at times from what we were told. Our server was JR and I can attest there are very few better, JR was professional, friendly, making you feel at home. We ordered the beef carpaccio with its crusted capers for starters which were incredible. Unfortunately we ordered a Chianti which was bad however manager and server without hesitation and a smile replaced with another order. Very impressed with their transparency and genuine concern for us. For dinner, the NY steak and also the Cashew encrusted Red Snapper was unbelievably prepared, perfect seasoning.
The restaurant quickly filled, I recommend reservations. We will absolutely return, as this has become a top 3 for us in Waynesville and Maggie Valley NC.

We had a fantastic dinner. I will say make sure you make a reservation ahead of time. We went in and they were booked but we were able to sit at the bar. We had the blue crab fritters to start with a couple of awesome cocktails. For dinner I had the pork chop and my wife had the trout. As good as the mains were I think the sides were almost better. We will definitely be back.

If you’re looking for a nice dinner out this is a wonderful option. The food, drinks, and service is great. But you’re going to spend some money, so make sure your wallet is ready. Definitely worth it!

What a wonderful surprise. Chef Josh has put together an amazing menus. First time experience was so good, we repeated the very next night! Snapper, Pork chop, Steak and Trout… totally amazing!
