Great menu. Pricey. Ordered a steak and got chunks of meat, not a traditional steak. Disappointed. Overall very good.

Had my heart set on their food tonight. Had to return home and get back to restaurant and despite empty seats and at least one couple who had left was told I would have to sit at the bar because all tables were reserved. I have eaten and enjoyed a number of times but I will not return.

Have been coming here for three years, as we have been building a home. Love everything about it. I will say, however, you can always tell when the owner is not there Tonight happened to be one of those nights. Just not right all the way around. So disheartening when you bring guests in from out of town for the first time.

Overall, great food. French Onion soup was warm not hot. Catfish sandwich is very good if you like lots of different flavors. Probably will skip the sweet potato salad next time. Flat iron steak sandwich is good.

Took some visiting family to Heritage Singletree Kitchen last night and we all loved our dishes. I have celiac disease and am often relegated to a salad when dining out. Not a this fine dining restaurant! Last night two of us ordered the halibut with beure blanc sauce and it was outstanding! We started our meal with their tried and true crab fritters….delicious! (It’s rare I can eat friend food but Singletree has a dedicated gluten free fryer!) Our dining partner ordered the pork chop and he devoured it, everything was perfect from the cocktails to the expanding dessert menu. We shared the flourless chocolate torte while our gluten loving friend had the fried ricotta donut holes. Perfect evening.

We loved the design and atmosphere as soon as we walked in. It has a very upbeat vibe. Although our reservations were at 6:30pm, they were already sold out of two entree items on a limited menu. Their take on a Cesar Salad was delicious. The entree of Salmon was cooked to perfection. Service was great as was the dessert. We will make this a "go to" when in Waynesville.

Our server, Michelle was fantastic!! Patient, polite & professional- which isn't always easy with a party of 17. The food was delicious. Zucchini soup, Caesar salad, pork chop, steak, fish, shrimp app. The bread pudding missed the mark (crunchy on the outside, not much soft pudding-like texture at all to be found) but the ricotta donut holes were great. As for ambiance, it's just a room with a bunch of tables which is why I gave it 3 stars. No personality, but it was clean and efficient & it did not feel cramped with our huge table in the center of the room and all other tables sat. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

What a fabulous find! It is the only Chef experience restaurant around this area without a drive to Ashville. The food was prepared with such care and the cocktail and wine list was amazing!
