Awesome place for a delicious sub. Definitely recommend!

The sandwiches were decent. nothing special. what really got me was that they said they were out of the type of bread that comes on the item i ordered and asked if i was ok getting the sandwhich as a sub. i said sure and was surprised to see they charged me extra for it! They also charged us for two water cups. The only business I know of that thinks a disposable cup for water is worth paying for.

Went for the first time and loved it. Had the cheeseburger sub and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced, too. Wish we had one near where I live.

This place used to be decent. Over the last few years, they have significantly reduced their menu. They are stingy with napkins and condiments as well.

I had the turkey Reuben sandwich.... excellent! These folks are not bashful when it comes to piling a sandwich high.

We were told they were short staffed and it would take 30 minutes. I told the gentleman working the register that would be fine and that we were not in a hurry. My 10 year old son asked for a Cuban with no cheese. The woman cooking turned around and snapped at the man “Don’t ask questions, it comes as is.” I have dined at this restaurant twice previously and had no bad interactions. I will
not return. I will take my business elsewhere.

I'm visiting from Florida and so glad I found this gem! The wait staff was so helpful, accommodating, and friendly.
Hands down the best italian sub I ever had (italian mama bomb and I'm now INSISTING all italian subs have bacon because why not). Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Staff is very rude and unwelcoming. Got there at 2:15 and they made a big deal about closing at 3:00 and acted as if they were doing me a favor by selling me a sandwich. I left a tip and they didn't even have the decency to walk my food 5 ft over from the counter to bring it to me. I've been there before and they brought the food over to my table. The sandwich was okay, but it was a grilled sandwich and it was tightly wrapped in wax paper so it immediately started to become soggy. All in all these unfriendly people do not deserve my hard-earned money. Definitely won't be going back. Other people and places are much more deserving of my patronage.

CALL FIRST! Drove 2 hours for a planned lunch there AND the note on door said closed at 2 ... I missed it by 5 minutes ?
So understandable that there could be a last minute change to hours for any given day, might I suggest advertising that change ??

Work in waynesville so I’m always looking for a place to eat in town, this is by far the best sandwich place I have been to and I would even say it’s up there with all restaurants in the town in general. Everything is fresh and good portions for the price.

Lived in Philly for almost two years. All I can say is this cheesesteak takes the cake for the best I’ve ever had. The Cuban is also absurd, lived in Miami for a few years and didn’t have any this good. The ladies running the shop are great as well. Don’t skip this shop if you’re in town!!! Thanks again for the great service
