The first time they messed up my order I was able to get it remade and fixed after talking to the manager. She was very sweet. Thankfully I opened up my order, just to find that they in fact messed it up again! Went through the line and the manager made it herself. She mentioned to me that they were still training yes I totally get that. First time was a mistake, but the second time after a manager puts the order in with the word ALLERGY attached to it… and they mess it up again. That’s not taking the time to read the ticket before making the order. I felt rude opening my order right infront of the manager but could you blame me after two messed up orders?

It’s been awhile since I worked at sonic so I’m sure things are different but common sense and listening skills have always been a requirement for working any job. If someone asked for something it’s probably because they want that item not something else and probably want it for may reasons, one maybe being they are allergic to certain items. How is it that every time I go to this location at least one thing I ask for is either made wrong or not even in my bag and I’m given something completely different? First it’s getting fries when asking for onion rings, then not getting the right burgers, straight missing half an order, then multiple trips where drinks are wrong and then I’ll ask for something to be taken off a sandwich and the thing I asked to be taken off is the only thing on the sandwich. Last night I ordered an ultimate meant cheese burrito to have for breakfast today and to my surprise it’s ends up being the other burrito that has jalapeños which I happen to be allergic to. Thankfully someone else took the first bite and realized the mistake before I did and something bad happened. I’m not sure if it’s training or people just not caring after getting the job but from what I’ve heard through the county majority of the other reviews must be fake cause no one has had anything good to say about this location. I’ll go to any other location before going back to the Russ ave one.

Okay.For me, this is the second time i've had an issue.The first time they didn't give me my fries.This time, I ordered a green apple slush, and they give me a grape slush, and then no cheese for my pretzel.Whatsoever, but I was already headed home.They keep making these kind of stupid mistakes and it's getting discouraging, and i'm gonna stop going

How the crap can you call to find out any kind of information when the number they give you is a Texas number and you can't reach the local restaurant. I mean come on people I should t have to waist gas to go out in person when I can call then go out if needed.

Our first visit to the new Sonic in Waynesville was so nice. Everything went well. Service was quick, food order was accurate, food was delicious and hot! Ani, our carhop, was very nice! I loved all the options on the menu. Please keep up the awesome food and service! Thank you for coming to Waynesville!

Brand new Sonic, clean and does the food (mostly) right. Only reason I say mostly is because I ended up with a medium drink and medium side when I ordered a LARGE COMBO.

Our first visit to the new Sonic in Waynesville. Had a corn dog and the footlong hotdog. Food was hot service was fast.

A brand new Sonic here on Russ Ave in Waynesville. Have ate here 8-10X and have found their service and food to be perfect every time. Always a stall available, I usually end up in 13 somehow. The food is piping hot, and promptly delivered to the car. I hope they keep up the great work. I appreciate the quality and consistency. Prices are fair and on par with places I won't eat at.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I've been there twice since they opened and both times my order has been wrong. I live 20 mins away so I'm not gonna waist all that time going back. It just really sucks being excited for food getting home to find out it was made wrong or missing things.

It is a brand new sonic for Waynesville, The food was great, as always. The service was fantastic as always. But this is no fault of sonics where they put this restaurant during the afternoon. If you're going southbound, on Russ Avenue, you're not going to be able to make a left turn into The parking lot of sonics you'll have to drive around the block. Come back out on Russ Avenue, so the sonic will be on your right hand side.

Food was great and the service was quick! We really enjoyed our first at experience at the new Waynesville location!
The nicest Sonic I have come across. The owner Gus even came outside to greet us. Everything was made great! 10/10 experience!
This sonic just opened up and even though they were busy the service was exceptional! The workers at the drive through were fast and very kind. The manager went out of his way to help us get what we needed.
