How about this, you go to Walmart or some cheap grocery store, buy a loaf of garlic bread, a couple different meats and veggies of your choice, maybe some dressings, go home, make yourself a decent sandwich. Even the cheapest produce you can find at a store tastes better than this trash. Convenience isn't worth it here, subway has gone down hill since inflation killed the 5$ foot long.

They are always out of something.. Bad Attitude and Bad management.. I tried to get a Sub that has a turkey in it and they were out of it so I asked her to put something different instead of turkey. She refused.. so I asked her why do I have to pay full price for the sub that doesn't have all ingredients in it?

Seemed like a normal subway, bit i was ignored by the employee who was busy changing out pans for quite awhile. When he dumped the old meat on top of the new meat I decided I had no idea how old that old meat was and left without ordering a sandwich. So im not able to give any stars

I normally wouldn't leave a review for any sort of food chain. However this Subway is incredible. The food was the freshest I've ever seen. Literally the tomatoes were even ripe all the way through. The guys behind the counter were so friendly and had my whole family laughing and in good spirits. More places should drive to be just like them. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Subway thanks to Joey and Liz! Both of them were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Joey greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it. Liz kept everything running smoothly behind the counter and was super attentive to detail. The store was clean, the service was fast, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. It’s clear that Joey and Liz take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back—thanks again for the great service!

Walked in this morning and was told they weren't open until another 45 minutes and that she was on break. It's 9:30 am. They open at 7:am. I thought that was odd so I look at the reviews and the first one says it all. Racially discriminate. Not surprised. It's OK to me I just wont spend my money there. The sad thing about it is with all her white priveledge she chose to be a sandwich artist at subway. They must pay well

Uncut Outdoors

Been here several times and always a different excuse either they are out of bread and it’s going to take more than an hour and a half to make run out of ingredients or they are closing more than an hour early do not waste your time and just go to another place for your food.

AT truck stop Pilot in Waynesville N.Carolina where Subway located One person serving and a family of 7 in front of me. Took 20 minutes to get served.

Also I wanted to order a veggie sandwich and there weren't many veggies available and only one type of bun.

This location. Well, at least Blayze at this location is phenomenal!!!! He is fast, he is neat, washing his hands 100 times, dealing with buzzers and alarms, taking back to back orders, totally in the sandwich zone. He did really really great, and the whole time provided excellent service.

The customer service was really bad. The sandwich artist Amanda made me feel extremely unwelcome and bad for ordering. Upon leaving, I took a bite of my sandwich and something or multiple something’s had gone bad. I probably won’t go back.

Was a quick stop for lunch on the way to Kentucky. Nice and clean Pilot/Subway combo location we accidentally came across and will likely revisit on a future trip. Very friendly staff!
