Bagels are obviously out of abag. They are warmed up to get soft. They are not NY crunchy boiled bagels.

Personally the bagel was lacking cream cheese. I’m use to having a lox bagel or even a plain one with cream cheese oozing out it’s so thick. The lox didn’t seem fresh either. For saying New York bagels which I have had this should have it loaded.Kid-friendliness: Has a good space down in the bottom level

Jalapeño bagel, bacon, eeg, and cheese breakfast. It's delicious! The bagel isn't too dense and the Jalapeño flavor is subtle but still has a small kick. Bacon is perfectly crisp wich compliments the scrambled eggs and cheese. Definitely going to stop by again.

Nearly $3 for a small coffee. Let's see, I can get a whole pound of Starbucks on sale for $8. Hard pass.

I was hesitant to try with some of the bag reviews but this place deserves higher reviews. The bagels are amazing and the owner is super nice. Nothing not to love. They've made big improvements across the board. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.

Okay guys, New Jersey native here, I have DEFINITELY eaten more than my fair share of bagels in my life. When I got a bagel with scallion & chive cream cheese from this shop, I could close my eyes and feel like I was back up north, it was that good! Thick with just the right level of chewiness and plenty of flavor- I was in heaven! I came for breakfast and had to come back around lunch to take some home too! The staff was incredibly friendly (one nice difference from NY, I'll admit lol) and mentioned that this business was owned by a woman in memory of her mother and grandmother which I think is just amazing. This is really the cutest little shop and a wonderful slice of NY in a small town in western North Carolina. It was pretty quiet on the Sunday morning I came, so I hope they pick up because they have some seriously awesome food at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

The bagels are good, but the service is always just awful... I've tried several times and I'm always disappointed. I wish they could get their act together because the food is actually good.

Traveling to the area and these bagels caught our eye on morning. 10/10 veggie sandwich + avacado spreadWe had to stop again on our way out of town!

Generally the bagels are really good here. Today I do not think they were prepared, or they were understaffed. We waited for 30 minutes for 3 bagels. No eggs, no meat to cook, just toasted bagels and cream cheese. We finally get our food bring it home, and they are not even toasted thoroughly. The bagel was cold. It was a very disappointing breakfast this time around.

Brooke and her team make great bagels and they even offer an gluten free option that is really good. The cream cheese options are wonderful and they even offer special flavors like sirahcha honey bacon and pineapple jalepeno.
