Employee gave notice of 15 minute wait to me and the one other car in the drive through with no customers inside the building, it was 7:30pm yes I understand there was a winter advisory but it's barely raining, I don't understand if they started closing things down early expecting no one to show, I work shifts that make it hard to find food and don't always have time to eat what I bring, a lot of fast food establishments are typically slow or rude and it's typically because of long lines big orders ect but when there's absolutely no customers and the employees inside are laughing and joking can't they wait to continue their games and fun until the two customers are served? Also out of pretty much everything but definitely could be a supply issue not the employees fault.

A typical Wendy’s. Food wasn’t bad. Heat lamp dried burger with cold fries. I guess a late afternoon meal wasn’t expected to be perfect but I wasn’t willing to complain.

Grill was closed because its christmas eve so didnt get to try. But love the atmoshere and the way everything looks. Office was easy to get checked in. Friendly people and staff

Ignoring the rudeness of the service, the food was old, cold, the asiago chicken club didn't have bacon and had mayo instead of ranch, the burgers were made wrong, was missing nuggets, and one of the baked potatoes was wrong. But it was food, and not, like, a bomb or something. So 2 stars, just to be nice.

my sons fries in his kids meal was hard as a rock like they’ve been sitting there all day same with his chicken nuggets. My husband & i got chicken sandwiches one spicy one not both sandwiches were thrown together seems like someone just hates their job so much, our fries also were hard as a rock. our fries were throw in the bag seems like upside down.

Honestly, I've given this Wendy's a thousand chances and today was the last one I ordered from. There are always grumpy people who aren't happy with their jobs and treat people badly. Today I placed an order for over $30 online and basically got nothing that was the original order. I ordered two baconators and they didn't have bacon. When I changed the order to chicken nuggets and a double Dave's and there was no BBQ.

With the roadwork going on, it's hard to get in and out of the restaurant. I placed an order online, and something messed up but the worker at the window helped me get it sorted out. The manager got a little snippy when I was having issues with my online order and kind of acted like I was just trying to get free food and I really didn't appreciate that, when I had confirmation that I'd paid online. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Idk. I think I'll choose another Wendy's next time.

This place can't move the drive thru line, you just suffer 20 minutes waiting. This has happened multiple times. You would think with all that time your fries would be full but is not the case.

Ordered a combo with a diet coke After one sip, we knew it wasn't diet. We asked the girl at window to replace it. She's was obviously perturbed by this. Instead of offering a new beverage, she grabbed the cup out of the driver's hand, dumped the beverage refilled the used cup and placed the lid with my used straw back into cup. HOW MANY WAYS DOES THIS VIOLATE HEALTH CODE? Nasty and disgusting 8/17/ 25 3:20 pm.

I don't know what's going on at this place, but the employees are at eachother's throats and holding service up so much that we waited for 30 minutes just for the food to be wrong. One girl was have a mental break down in the drive through window, the other acted like she hated the world. And when my fiance told the front that his food was wrong, they just yanked the bag from his hand. Unprofessional, childish staff
