I was first introduced to Cakes by Jane at a family gathering. Blown away by the taste. I love the lemon, it pops on your mouth with lemon goodness. I’ve since had the pleasure of having one gifted to me and promptly sent one to my family in NJ. I’m happy to see this is a local NC business, and I will support whenever I need a cake for an event. I dropped off an Amazon order and Melissa, was kind enough to gift me two cake slices. HOLY COW, I’ve had a lot of cakes and am a baking enthusiast myself.
