I don't know if it is corporate policy or just this store, but their online ordering system has some major flaws. According you the employees, the owner insists that the portal tickets are scanned when they are received. This sends an email to the customer that their food is ready and in the portal to be picked up. If you arrive when the email or app tells you to, your food is not ready and in fact is just being made. This dishonesty is enough to make me want to not give my business...read full review
Solid franchise location. The employees have always been patient and respectful when dealing with unkind customers, and I have always experienced good customer service. We keep coming back because the pizza is so good (best value chain pizza imo) and have had positive experiences.
Have not ordered from them in years, but decided to order a takeout from the Weaverville location. Was surprised to learn that we could order a large pizza with different toppings on each half. I love sausage and pepperoni, but wife does not eat pork, so she opted for the ground beef on her half. I was really impressed by the seasoning, freshness, and yeasty crust. Best pizza I have had recently. Wife also loved it, and her beef topping was nicely seasoned. Better than plain hamburger....read full review
