Arby's is a fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of sandwiches and meals. While the staff is generally polite and helpful, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the meat, which can be tough and dry. The new burger was described as disappointing, with a lack of juiciness and poor assembly. However, one customer praised the excellent service provided by a specific employee, highlighting their professionalism and knowledge. The restaurant's accessibility for wheelchair users could also be improved, with the need for electric doors mentioned.
