Got there 20 minutes before 10pm and we were told they had dumped everything. And why keep the doors unlocked if you're gonna dump your product before business hours end?

Some of the times when I e been in there to get a hot and ready pizza, they won't be ready but most of the time they are. It's usually just the thin crust hot and ready.

I don't know if it is corporate policy or just this store, but their online ordering system has some major flaws. According you the employees, the owner insists that the portal tickets are scanned when they are received. This sends an email to the customer that their food is ready and in the portal to be picked up. If you arrive when the email or app tells you to, your food is not ready and in fact is just being made. This dishonesty is enough to make me want to not give my business to this branch.

Solid franchise location. The employees have always been patient and respectful when dealing with unkind customers, and I have always experienced good customer service. We keep coming back because the pizza is so good (best value chain pizza imo) and have had positive experiences.
