10 star from me! Great customer service!!!
I ordered a sandwich at the Merrimon Ave store. The receipt shows no onions. There were two male employees up front (and one prepping in the back)--9 customers in the store...and 8 sandwiches to be made.
I am an auditor so I pay attention to order/pickup timings, customer, count, cleanliness, etc.
A woman came in and as she walked behind the counter asked both front employees what they needed help with--neither gave a definite answer.
