First time back since the new owners took over and they haven't missed a beat. Food and service were outstanding. Ambiance of restaurant even better now. Looking forward to our next visit.

We've dined at the Glass Onion a number of times through the years and again, it did not disappoint. We were celebrating my wife's birthday with friends, and each of us loved our entrées.

When we arrived to Glass Onion we learned the restaurant has new owners . Dinner was just good . Couldn't wait for dessert , We had Apple Crisp , The apple pieces were so large it was hard to enjoy . We noted on our reservation that we're celebrating our 39TH Anniversary , There was no mention to us , No CONGRATULATIONS or anything . Our server was excellent , He had served us before when we dined here . We will not be dining here again .

Another great meal at the Glass Onion. Our party of 6 started with various yummy salads. Then we all had pasta dishes that were tasty and cooked to perfection. Too full for dessert!

Greeted and seated upon arrival for 5:30pm reservation. We're learned that a little earlier provides a quieter environment vs. a later time. We had wonderful and attentive service. The cocktails and calamari starter were excellent. The 4 of us each had different entrees, and they were well- prepared and delicious. We shared their peanut butter pie, and it was melt in your mouth delicious. Such a special restaurant in charming Weaverville.
The Pasta Primavera made with fresh vegetables—makes all the difference! Delicious and with a slight lemon tang that was just right. One diner had the gnocchi minus the sausage and was very happy with the smoky flavor.

Excellent meal: Bison Bolognese delicious; pork cheeks excellent. Wonderful intimate restaurant.
