Amazing staff and go out of their way to help in a difficult situation
Love the “small town” vibe and nostalgia, not just for the slower pace and care but also because I’m mindful of my money going to local small business rather than corporations. The service is top notch and always friendly. When you call, an actual human answers the phone. Prescription Pad of Weaverville provides outstanding customer service. The pharmacists and staff were amazing during hurricane Helene, figuring out how to provide very necessary prescription medications without phones or internet. They worked long hours to accommodate everyone in line for regular and emergency refills. Customers appreciate the quick refill process and the staff being helpful and kind.
