I don't get here often because I live across town. But both times I come here the ice cream machine was down. This time the drink machine was also down. Do adults actually work here?
Ok so I LOVE a Dairy Queen blizzard… but here comes the reality- ANYTIME I go by there they say “the blizzard machine is down” like…….. that’s what you’re famous for. Very frustrating and lose so much buisness because of that. Starts to sound like another company that says the same thing but we all know they don’t want to clean the machine… Do better

The lobby closes early, and sometimes customers find teenagers still inside when the lobby is declared closed, which can be frustrating.
