Jacki is truly the best! She has such fun shake and tea ideas, and they are all delicious! I always leave Lyft feeling better than when I entered. A ray of sunshine in my day, every time I visit.
I can not go on enough about this business! It is great in every way! Not only are the shakes and teas delicious (I patron here everyday, sometimes twice for them) but the positive vibes from the workers and inspiration to do better from Jacki is great for me personally. I would recommend Lift Nutrition to everyone and I do!
