The place has no character. It is a sterile environment and just terrible to eat in. It is very clean. That's not the problem. The lack of character is the problem. I felt like I was in a doctor's waiting room, not a restaurant. There is no service. You order through a kiosk. Taco Bell and many other restaurants are going down the wrong road with this. They are going to put themselves out of business.
Get the same order, everytime, 1st shift does an excellent job but night shift messes it up, everytime
