The new manager and her new staff are all extremely rude and unprofessional. She's always asking regulars to come work for them because they need help at the bakery, and where's the young girls that were all just working there? They were probably the best crew you had there since before last year. Well-Bred is gonna crumble because they can't keep a working crew that's good for the company for more than a month. I hope the OWNER figures this stuff out before it goes any further down hill! I really loved going here but the energy has been very negative as of recently so I would rather go somewhere with better energy all around.

In an attempt to resolve the recurring problem of their trash being scattered across the neighborhood. Despite being aware of the issue, the responsible party has taken no action to alleviate the problem. The manager has claimed no responsibility for animals entering their trash, prompting my continued posting until a solution is found.This happened again on September 22nd, the restaurant was notified and never cleaned up their trash. September 23rd, trash again, I cleaned it myself. Spoke with their business line and was told someone would contact me…

Atmosphere is incredible: a little old fashion but thoroughly modern. Lots of menu choices. Very nicely displayed in their refrigerated deli style glass case. Large portions. Good service. Daily specials. The cheese biscuits are the best cheese biscuits I've ever tasted: buttery, moist and large, and reasonably priced.
Excellent bakery in downtown Weaverville. They have a variety of pastries and light lunch items. I enjoyed a half chicken salad sandwich on a fresh croissant with an iced chai and I enjoyed every morsel! I will have to go back to pick up a pastry (or two!)

Ordered some food to our air bnb for brunch - it was outrageously good and a great price with delivery. We got too much food! The sandwich patter with 2 sides was enough for the 10 of us - the kale salad was gone in a blink and the noodles were well seasoned and delicious. Highlight - chicken salad sandwich was SO good
The French toast casserole was delicious and that along could have fed 10 people
The quiche was also delicious, and was enormous. It also is enough on its own to feed 8-ish people

Coming here to say: Don't get the Quiche. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was very pretty. We ordered 2 diff't pieces of quiche and 2 lattes (lattes were in To Go cups, not mugs, and were unremarkable at best). My quiche (goat cheese, leek, potato) was inedible - rubbery, old, and after 1 bite, I was actually scared to eat it. It tasted off. Manager did refund it but it ended up not mattering because her attitude was so thick that I won't go back anyway. I could write a few paragraphs but suffice to say, don't get the quiche.
