Came in and kimmy was the most delightful person she was so sweet made sure our order was correct and you can tell she was just happy to be there working something that’s hard to find sometimes is happy people in the work place but she kept that smile on and our food was great!

This has got to be the worst Wendy's on the planet. Thay are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS out of something! Today it was cheese! A place that specializes in CHEESEburgers, runs out of cheese! Soda machine barely works half the time. Either fix and supply or shut the doors!!

Huge improvement since Brian, the new manager, came to save the day. If you have a problem, ask for Brian. He’s literally saving the whole store. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience today. Very happy things are looking up for this Wendy’

Moved to Weaverville almost a year ago and tried this Wendy’s twice. Both experiences were absolutely horrible! Both times at the drive thru and the staff was rude, careless and got our orders wrong both times. The food was also cold BOTH times. Don’t go back and complain because they will just snicker at you and make it worse the 2nd time. My wife and I love Wendy’s and have been to so many of them over the past 30 years and this location is the very worst.

Employees were efficient and friendly in taking the order and placing the food on the counter when it was ready. The self-serve area for fountain drinks was not stocked well and could use attention and the dining room was not busy. This location is fairly new. It should be in top condition and well stocked.

Well when you work all day and want to grab something fast for the kids that is not happening at this one from the time I pulled up at drive thru and the time I got food was 30 minutes they had me to park the car behind me got there food first I could not believe how bad it was I told my kids find you a new spot cause this is the last time I will be coming here

I’ve been to this Wendy’s many times with a similar customer service experience, but we like Wendy’s food so we always give this location the benefit of the doubt about every other month and try again. Knowing the past experience when receiving the food from this location - I asked for bbq sauce and the man at the window told me that bbq sauce was in the bag. I got home and it wasn’t. Neither was my daughter’s side to her kids meal. What is even more annoying about this experience is that I was the only person in the drive-thru so it wasn’t like they were slammed busy as they have been in the past. At least from a drive-thru perspective. I spent $33 dollars for fast food and still didn’t get all of the things that would complete my order. I understand fully that mistakes can and will happen but this is like the 6th bad experience at this location in regard to customer service and basic food service. I will definitely be going out of my way to the Merrimon location from here on.
