Went to get the new pub fries and that was all. I did not get what was advertised...
Easily the worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever visited—and in fast food, that is a very low bar. The food was terrible, and the employee service was genuinely awful. To make matters worse, this location is operated by Tarheel Capital, an ownership group whose leadership has been accused of bad things. (reported by WLOS). An absolute failure on every level, from the food to the management. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Wendy's offers a delightful dining experience, thanks to friendly staff who ensure orders are correct and provide excellent customer service. The Crabby patty is fresh, hot, juicy, and delicious, while the cobb salad is very good when made right. Some customers note occasional issues, like missing bacon or dressing, or the salad being out of stock. The employees are efficient and kind, though the self-serve area for fountain drinks could use attention. Despite minor hiccups, like the occasional mix-up with Dr Pepper orders, Wendy's remains a great place to enjoy a meal.
