Called and asked what time they stopped making bacon egg and cheese. They told us 2ish but 2:30 is when they would stop. We drove over 20mins to get there before and then as we get there they come out and say they can’t help us even though we made it before they would close down the grill. Highly disappointed and I wish they would have been transparent instead of making me waste my time and gas

I won’t eat a bagel anyplace else. The staff here has always been wonderful, and the atmosphere gives NY style deli vibes but without the crowds. Try the cannoli flavored cream cheese!

I have enjoyed poppyseeds for many years, I have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience with one of the ladies working there. There was a mess up on my food, which is perfectly okay & understandable. When I brought it up to her attention she was visibly annoyed about the situation. I work in food service as well, so I understand there may be frustrations but the way she went about the situation was unprofessional. She made it very clear she was not happy to help and I felt weird about the whole situation. There is definitely a better to go about the situation.

This place used to be great, but the quality has gone at down hill and the prices are insane. Couple that with some really unfriendly workers.

Taste just like a real ny bagle. I go every weekend. The people are nice friendly they are the best bagle around I eat one every day at work. I grew up on long Island. It takes me back to being on the island befor work every day when I eat there bagles

? $12.47 for this and a bottle of Gatorade… for just $3 more you could’ve bought a whole case of Gatorade at Sam’s club. Outrageous prices for an underwhelming amount of food. Also will never put ketchup on my sandwiches (has happened multiple times) so much for being a northern inspired bagel shop ??♀️

Worst place ever, I will never come here again! The service was terrible , I was trying to order and the women had no patience and acted as if I was a bother!!! The food was then just thrown at me , and you can tell it was just thrown together with no love or care into it, which had me very upset for the money I spent as they were very, very over priced!! She just wanted to rush through it and get back to talking with her co- workers! Had a very bad feeling when I left there I won’t be back !! No stars for me if I could!!!

The blonde hair lady was rude. It may be a New York thing, but attitudes are not appreciated in the south nor to a paying customer. That was my first experience there and last.
