First time I went here was pulled to curb side. Which didn’t bother me. after about 15 minutes passed by I was like maybe they forgot so I went inside I was given my food and the grilled chicken sandwich was cold even through the wrapper I unwrapped it the chicken was cool to touch . I told the manager Jarod and no apology nothing he say ok I’ll give you a refund I’m like no I just want fresh food well he got louder with his voice to tell me it would take 20 minutes for Mac n cheese I stated okay with that before I could finish my sentence he cut me off with his voice raised saying okay I just settled for the refund because his service was horrible !!!!

Food is most of the time spot on here! The emplyees are most of time friendly. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is because 9 out of 10 times we go to this location it seems they're out of chicken. It's the main type of protein here and it seems it's never available when we visit. 😂 It's not like we're showing up at 10 at night wanting a bucket of chicken. We'll go anywhere between 5-8. I do understand it's hard to keep up with how much you need because you don't want to over cook and have a ton left over but it's just comical now how when I bring home another type of food from this area, someone mentions "Bo out of chicken again?".
I’m becoming frustrated with this business and probably won’t be going back. It doesn’t matter what location of Bojangles I go to if I go inside I’m ignored even though I’m seen. I’m ignored by everyone and no one takes my order. Instead they keep talking to each other about their weekend. Food is visibly hot and ready to be handed out to me. I’m ready to pay for it….
Wait times, even when you are acknowledged, can be awful. How are they even in business when they operate like this.
