Jimmy’s Smoke House is a great find located across the street from the RCR museum. This Welcome NC gem offers very generous portions with excellent service. The coarse chopped bbq, pulled pork, and chicken are all very good, with meat so tender you could eat it with a spoon. The BBQ slaw was amazing, and the green beans tasted amazing. The smoked mac & cheese is a favorite, and the hushpuppies are the best. The french fries are all at the par, and the sweet tea is very good. The atmosphere is peaceful with fast and friendly service with a smile. The owner was far more than just gracious. A little slice of heaven. Well worth the money. Will definitely be returning.
