Always a stop when I visit my families hometown. Food isn’t the same as back in the day. BBQ needs to be cooked longer with the vinegar. But Ralph’s will always hold a special place in my heart. 😁

My wife and I plus another couple, and their son. Visit this restaurant after church for the first time and it was not good.
The tables were old and also the utensils. The floors needed to be cleaned and the buffet,was limited. We were seated at 2 small old tables in the middle of the floor for five people, ridiculous. The chicken and hush puppies were very greasy and what we chose to put on our plates, we could hardly bear to eat it. So we talked to the manager concerning the problem that we was having with the food and he said, no one else is complaining. He told us the buffet was $17 per person and we had to pay it regardless. On the way to the cash, register, to pay our bill the door swung open to the kitchen and it was crowded in there and it looked a mess. Food was on the floor and the floors old and dirty. I also didn't see anyone with a mask on or gloves on handling food. The health department need to inspect this business Immediately because it is not healthy for anyone to really be eat there at all. I will never visit this restaurant again for as long as I live.👎

The fried chicken was the terrible. I threw away the entire order. It tasted and looked old. The greens lacked flavor and the BBQ chicken was vinegar chicken not bbq. The mac and cheese I could live without.
The banana pudding, sweet tea, potato salad and Brunswick stew was good.
The bathrooms were clean.
The staff some were friendly.

Some food was tasteless and the rest was low quality food. The chopped bbq was not and bit couldn’t find sauce for it.

A customer and I had the same last three digits for the number. Then the customer opens the bag and discovers is not her order. Then I had to request it to be placed in another bag
I received no apologies while waiting on them to correct their error. When I started eating my food within 2 minutes to pick up my barbecue was cold who wants cold barbecue and cold macaroni and cheese collard greens with hot though. The portions of sizable but they have to remember that not everyone can bring food back have it right the first time. we have places to be on time
