We spent the night in our camper van in Weldon heading from Florida to Maryland. Instead of going to Starbucks, we decided to try this local restaurant. The folks who work here are so friendly. We had a delightful conversation with Kelly. We’re happy we decided to support this great little local business. There is also a fun shop across the street, called the Red Wagon. It’s chock full of all kinds of art and things for sale. Also owned and operated by great folks.

CHECK YOUR ORDER. I ordered a bacon burger meaning I specifically said no cheese and yet they added cheese on my burger. Then I asked for them to give me a burger without cheese and then they simply scraped the cheese off of my burger and tried to hand that back to me so I had to insist that my burger be remade. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great place! My wife and I stopped here after trying to find a little local hot dog place. My wife is big on these places she approved, and so did I the homemade chili that Franks wife makes is great for dogs. Very flavorful. We truly enjoyed it. Ya, I know, just a hot dog, but definitely not with them. They offer beef dogs, and I like the way they cut their onions! SUPPORT SMALL LOCAL.
