After you finish shopping for antiques, head over to the Sunshine Grill for a very good lunch. I was intrigued by the hot dog sandwich and it did not disappoint. If a hot dog sandwich is not within your taste bud’s realm, the Sunshine Grill offers other items which includes breakfast. No visit to the Rockfish capitol of the world is complete without a visit to the Sunshine Grill.
The Hotdogs at the Sunshine Grill are truly amazing and savory! The staff are friendly, and the food is always great! The racecar & car aesthetic really help the place pop with character and style. It's a wonderful place!
We spent the night in our camper van in Weldon heading from Florida to Maryland.
Instead of going to Starbucks, we decided to try this local restaurant. The folks who work here are so friendly. We had a delightful conversation with Kelly. We’re happy we decided to support this great little local business. There is also a fun shop across the street, called the Red Wagon. It’s chock full of all kinds of art and things for sale. Also owned and operated by great folks.
