Been going here since pre shutdown. Consistent amazing customer service from baristas since then!! I did go in today as part of my routine when I visit my grandpa (veteran who put me onto this place) and did verbally say this to the staff working at the time but will post it here for everyone to see:

We stopped in on our way home from Duke. Needed a place to relax and get some lunch. What a pleasant surprise. The food, service and all around experience were great. Callie went out of her way to add to our experience. Highly recommend this establishment.
