My daughter and I visited during lunch and there was a crowd! The line was out the door but it was well worth a little bit of a wait. The food was hot and delicious and we will definitely be returning.

When it comes to simple foods.. Country breakfast, burgers and dogs, Aubrey's and peedies had been a Wendell staple for years... But get there early because they close at 2pm and they only take cash, no cards. But it's well worth those 2 setbacks. My dad took me there many times as a kid, now I get to take my kids there, and hopefully they get to take theirs one day too.

This place is cash only and overall it is a treat. We ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches. Both were prepared promptly and expertly. The buttery biscuit was impressive. Fun experience. Will come back for the burger.

Great place. Food is delicious and fresh. Short wait time and the people are awesome. Nice community atmosphere and a town favorite.
Parking: It can get a bit full outside during lunch. There’s street parking in front and around the corner. There other shops around so they use the spots as well. Either way, wherever you park you will not be far.

I really liked this little home town breakfast and lunch spot. It is a genuine Ma & Pa style place. The menu is very basic and choices are limited but the meals are promptly prepared and served. If I could add one item to thier menu it would be pan cakes. Prices are very reasonable. I will certainly go there again.
We were in the area for work and stumbled upon this gem. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I knew I was at the right place when I saw a bologna sandwich on the menu. The fried bologna and cheese sandwich was delicious. Will definitely visit again.
