My nephews and I had just finished playing basketball and decided to grab some food. We got to the restaurant around 8:50 PM—just before the inside dining area closed at 9, and the store closed at 10. I wasn’t expecting much, assuming the food might be old and the staff a bit rushed.
I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and of high quality, and the service was excellent. The manager, a middle-aged Black man, was extremely accommodating and professional. Even though we stayed past the dining room’s closing time, he handled it with understanding and good humor—unlocking the doors for us, joking around, and making us feel welcome.

Very clean, food was hot and fresh. One of the best bojangles I’ve been to in quite some time.
They mess up my order constantly. This is the second time in the past month that I paid for something and it wasn’t in the bag when I got home. I shouldn’t have to sit there and go through my entire order to confirm I received everything. 2 weeks ago I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, after I had already paid. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food. Also, the lady who took my payment couldn’t have cared less that she was interacting with a customer. If you hate it that much, go work someplace else.

Skimped me big time on the side of Mac and cheese compared to every other Bojangles I've eaten at, and the 4pc supreme has four very small tenders. First time here and won't be back.
