The other day I ordered a 4 piece chicken, only got 3 in my box. They were very kind and fixed my order, the managers are very nice. Bojangle sauce taste like doo doo though, other than that the food is always good! Biscuits are amazing
What’s the point of asking for seasoned fries to get stale non seasoned fries? Everytime at this location lol. Wouldn’t even care since they never put seasoning on fries but now they come stale?

Stopped in this town for something to eat on the way home from a business trip in Greensboro and this location blew me away!! From the moment we placed our order to the first bite of food it was amazing. The young lady taking my order was so sweet & kind & patient she didn't rush me like most places tend to. We even shared a laugh at the speaker box. The food was so hot & fresh I could barely eat it (which of course is a great thing). I highly recommend this location. All around 10/10 ⭐.

Had terrible service at Bojangles in Wendell. Got home and was missing parts of the order. Called the restaurant and they wanted us to drive back (40 minutes round trip) to give us the missing items. We thought they should give us a partial refund, since it was their fault. Horrible service, supervisor would not talk to us, made us talk to a regular employee who couldn’t do anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
