Food was OK. However, the dining room was nasty. We sat at the table with the least amount of food smeared all over it. There was also crumbs and food all over the area where they build your meal. There were plenty of workers but they all moved at a snails pace. Maybe it was an off day or an off time, but I will not go back to this location. We had Burrito bowls.

Worst chipotle ever. Employees and customer service is horrible, and that’s what’s going to make or break a chain. My husband and I have a list of reasons and experiences at this location but it all comes back to the employees. Please retrain or hire better help. Hoping the chipotle in flowers is better 😁

I’ve been to different chipotle’s in almost every state. This location is in the top 5 worst ones I’ve been to. Chipotle is my favorite place to eat and I get it probably 2-4 times a week. 90% of the time I get this location it’s awful. Today I was charged extra for a side of corn and sour cream. The portions were absolutely terrible and they had to re make my burrito because of it. Chicken was burnt and overcooked, and most importantly the 2 people who made my burrito act like they’ve never made one before and they act like the portions are coming out of their paycheck. I consistently have issues with this location and I will not be coming back . The new one in flowers is way better

I went during the BoGO sale, the day before thanksgiving. It was packed. And the service was seamless! The line moved really quick. The team worked great. They were clearly busy and working hard and efficiently!

This is the worst chipotle ive ever been to and ive been to dozens of them. They give the smallest servings of meat that is super overcooked and dry in the first place, rice is watered down, and then charge 17 dollars for a burrito with guac in it. Disgusting experience.

I saw the new commercial about their Asada so I had to try the Bowl. Not bad but I wished they still served the loaded nachos.
Food a piece of hair in the bowl when I opened it up to eat at home. I just about threw up. Gross! Don’t even want my $10 back I just won’t be back.

So the tables needed to be wiped but there a few clean ones. That doesn’t bother me. Always give people the benefit of a doubt. Maybe they just had a super busy rush & nobody could wipe them. If it bothers you, just say to the first person you see: Excuse me. Could you get someone out here to clean the tables, please? Easy breezy. They’ll do it. What matters is the sanitation grade. It was a 96 which is good enough for me. The area they were preparing the food was very clean. All the food looked great. The employees weren’t friendly but I don’t care. They weren’t mean either. Just neutral. The girl who rang us up was friendly and nice. Don’t worry about tables with paper items left on them like wrappers. Worry about the kitchen and food. I was impressed enough that I’ll be back!

Absolutely rude workers. Tried to call about a complaint (which was the food was burnt and inedible) and the only thing they told me to do was contact customer support which is just an AI and support website. No number. Absolutely useless.
