We have been enjoying Culver’s in Wendell since they have opened but recently the drive thru customer service has been amazing! We typically order ahead. They have come out and make sure they have our name and that our food comes out quickly! Props to the to go crew!

I thought maybe the first 2 times I received my order with a dirty cup/lid were a fluke, and was giving the benefit of the doubt. However, this is the 3rd time, and my girlfriend also received her order with a dirty lid.
All we ask is for the correct order in clean containers, thanks.

First off the young man at the register is an absolute delight!! He saw my confusion and offered a delicious suggestion. The whole restaurant was very clean. Food is great! I will definitely be back when I head this way!! Thanks Corey for exceptional customer service!!

A notch or 3 above McDonalds for food ! They both have consistency with quality employees, cleanliness ! Culvers rocks !
The food has always been pretty good. However, the service was lacking quite a bit this evening. The gentleman at the window was friendly and talkative. What ruined my mood was when the young lady had to break away from the group, that seemed to be having a casual conversation, to hand me my ice cream. She handed it to me and I said thank you. If looks could kill. Her face had a look of discust and she made no effort to smile or speak. If you can't smile, speak to people, or like your job a little bit, find something else to do. Instead of receiving this treatment, I'd rather go in and fix the ice cream myself. Some people should not keep a job that they don't like, or are not good at.
