This was my first visit to Duck Donuts in Wendell. Brian was super helpful and polite with providing choices. The donuts were amazing and the breakfast sandwich was great too. Definitely recommend giving this Duck Donuts a try!!!

Very efficient workers, the cashier was patient and helped me with the menu. The freshly made donuts were delicious and definitely made with care! I got seven donuts which- were done in under 10 minutes. Love that the location is nearby! I will be a returning customer for sure!

A Worker cleaned the over head hood of the cooking station while donuts cooked directly underneath, spraying chemicals for the stainless steel hood all around the cooking donuts. I Mentioned it to the other worker and they agreed it probably wasn’t best but didn’t say anything or tell the guy to stop spraying chemicals around the preparation of food.
I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or just lack of consideration. I have never in my life seen any thing like this before.

Hard to find but I can get past that. It took 15 minutes to get 2 donuts and a cup of hot water with cream. The coffee was terrible. The associate s seems to be struggling with the espresso machine. The donuts were small and not near as good as my usual place. Terrible first impression. This was at 630am and the place only had two customers.

We called in an order of three dozen doughnuts. The doughnuts were fresh and very tasty. The reason for the four stars on service they weren't ready when I arrived at 6:30 am. Other than that everything was great and the atmosphere was friendly.
