Everest kitchen has stepped up their original game and brought back freshly made, authentic Indian food to Wendell. Any amount of minutes is definitely worth the wait for a table here, especially since the same friendly faces are now running the show. Being as busy as they are, they always take the time to make sure it's a comfortable wait, so have a drink at the bar! The phenomenal Samoa's come out hot and fresh and well complimented by the house made red dipping sauce. I thoroughly enjoy the heavier presence of basil and excellent balance of spices. The PANEER TIKKA MASALA or Chicken Tikka Masala are still the stars of the show in my book. Cheers!
