Disclaimer: Indian food in general is not at the top of my list, although Everest has a variety of other Himalayan dishes including some Chinese and Thai.
I had the Tikka Masala, spring rolls, and both the onion and cheese naan.
The food was excellent and portions were plenty. They don't attempt to transport you to Nepal in the decor, but it is functional and clean.
Others in our party had Pad Thai, Orange Chicken, and Chicken Tandoori, and all complemented the food.
While Indian food is not my first go-to, I anticipate returning.

Tonight I ordered Everest Kitchen off Uber Eats, everything was so delicious, I got butter chicken, naan and wow it was amazing so I was thrilled to get to my desert, Badami Kheer (Rice Pudding).
I happily opened up the tub, sat down and took a nice big spoonful. Next thing you know I’m in the bathroom throwing up. My favorite sweet desert tasted bitter, sour and like literal vomit. I am so mortified by this experience, you can literally see in the photo how it was congealed, I just assumed it had to do with the way they prepared the dish but now I know it was literally because it was bad. It’s not even like it tasted slightly off, it tasted like it had been bad for days..
How does this even happen.. what the hell. I’m definitely going to have to report this incident tomorrow, this is not ok. I have never had an experience this horrid with a restaurant in my life.

They charge 8.25% in sales tax when the legal tax rate in wake county is 7.25%. I tried to let the server know but he could care less. So they pocketing 1% on every single sale they make. NC IRS, where are you??
The food is so MEH !!! I ordered pineapple fried rice and it was nasty, so bland, I had to send back for orange chicken but it wasn’t great either. The sesame chicken was also just meh. It definitely looks much better than it taste. Plus over seasoned with ginger. Eww!
The server at least tried to make it right but it’s just a big no for me. I’ll never come back.

We order online from here often. Usually either the chicken masala or butter chicken. The flavor of both is incredible and I’d give them 5 stars but the chicken is so dry! I tried lamb once thinking that would be better but nope… still dry. Wish they’d use thighs. I hope they read this and give it a try

I paid $17 for spicy ramen with chicken. While the flavor was tasty, the dish in its entirety didn’t meet my expectations. The noddles were rather dry with no liquid or “soup” and the tiny portions of chicken layered on top of the noddles were disappointing. My meal honestly looked like pre-made ramen from a package.

I hated the dish I ordered. The glass noodles with veggies. The only veggies I could make out were shredded carrots, bokchoy leaves and lots of plain garden peppers. I think there may have been one almost identifiable sprig of broccoli. I ordered the vegetable dish and was told it would have Chinese vegetables. I did not eat and gave feedback they said they would remove from my bill. Instead they brought a
New one that is just as bad for me to take home and left it on bill. Stupid me thought they may have added veggies. Never again

Take out was pretty good. First time trying butter chicken. Really delicious. Sat in with hubby yesterday, it was ok. Didn't like the sesame chicken, but we will return for something new. The guys working were very professional.

Order the drunk man noodle, the noodle and the vegetable are good, but the chicken is tough, had a bard time chewing. The dish is kind of flavorless, I added a little hoisin sauce to reheat in the wok 👍
I picked up a Palak Paneer and Navratan Korma takeout order today. Food was good, but while I was eating the Palak Paneer I bit down on something that felt a little different in texture. I removed it from my mouth and discovered it was a thin piece of foil like metal. Thank God, I didn't swallow this, because I could have. Which would not have been good.

Decided to try this place that a friend told us about. Was always curious about it as they are on my DoorDash. Fantastic food! I ordered the Thai dragon noodles and my god they were great. Naan was perfect and the sauces were immaculate!!! Can’t wait to go back!!! Also they have cocktails!!!

Hubby & I got off of work & decided we wanted Thai food.... Googled the nearest place that was open at 3pm and BOOM ? Everest Kitchen was 14 min away....
First, we ordered the Mo:Mo Dumplings as an appetizer & they were some of the best I've ever had.
Then I ordered the Panang Curry with shrimp & Hubby ordered the Red Curry with chicken. They were both amazing and flavored very differently.
The Panang Curry tasted JUST LIKE outback steakhouses coconut shrimp, only in delicious meal form. ? I was in love.
We had so much food left over that it was insane. We could have gotten one meal, split it, and STILL had food left over.
Oh, and you've got to try the Garlic Naan! It topped everything off!
Our server Aryn was great ? excellent service, and very friendly.
If you are ever in the area, definitely check this place out. It's a smaller restaurant that you could easily miss when driving by, but once you try it, it will become a favorite!
We WILL be going back soon & telling everyone about this place. FIVE STARS!
