Just place the order online. Online orders take precedent over the people in the stores waiting. Spent 20 minutes in line for a sandwich the employees were standing around talking. Refilling vinegar bottles was more important than helping customers.

They keep shrinking the subs and charging same price. I will not be returning to any more Jersey mikes saw they acquired by blackstone also no wonder. Crew was fine its not they fault.

My husband and I had stopped to grab a bite for a pícnic at the park and the food was not well prepped my sandwhich ending up being really soggy and his barely was any chicken in it. They weren’t very attentive to what we asked for.

Super slow. 7 visible employees couldn’t handle what looked to be less 15 orders. Guy taking my order kept leaving and wandering around. Then 2 employees worked all the orders (incorrectly I’ll add) while the others stood around waiting for direction. They mismatched the bun on mine and son’s sandwiches and messed up my wife’s sub.Just a bad system with no leadership

This is actually a new post I arrived back at Jersey Mike's on Friday to pay for my sub and give Abby a tip she wasn't working that night so I gave the store manager and envelope and told her to give this to Abby she told me she wasn't working that day and wouldn't be working till Monday so I asked her to please give that to her it's to pay for my sub and a gift for her inside and I called today to see if she had received it and I found out that they can't find it now It had money in it cash money and no one can find it and it had a nice letter to Abby I cannot believe that they would lose something as nice as that for her I think the manager was irresponsible and not taking care of it so I'm not a happy camper right now about all this but I still love Abby for what you did for me, I ordered a sub and number 17 and when I arrived at the Wendell Jersey Mike's I realized I forgot my wallet I know I have virtual cards on my phone so I was trying to pay for it through my phone wallet and I kept messing it up I couldn't get it to work and the young lady Amy let me go without paying for it God bless her for doing that for me I was getting quite frustrated and worried for people needed to use the register so God bless her and I plan to go back tomorrow and pay for my sandwich and give her a good tip

I typically prefer the Wendell Falls Jersey Mikes to several others in the area, but that may no longer be the case. I placed an online order for a #7 with ONLY mayo and pickles for my extremely picky neurodivergent child, and received a sandwich Mike’s Way with NO mayo or pickles. Not sure how you can mess up a simple and straightforward order that badly.
Kudos to the girl cutting the sandwiches for deftly cutting 2 legs off the fly stuck to my tomato. Sandwich was pretty good up until that discovery.

This location does not support ordering kids meals from the app or online. It is up to the franchisee to turn that option on. I'm not interested in going in to the store and waiting. I can make an order online at Publix and just pick it up.
Waited 50 minutes for a sandwich. Was only 7 people in line ahead of me. Slowest service. Happens everytime! Best order online or just go next door and get wings!

Always great service and fresh subs!
Overall great experience. Didn't order until I arrived on an evening around typical dinner time. It was busy - you should have heard the register printing orders. People were polite, friendly, and efficient despite the volume of orders coming in. Food was as expected!
