Kelsey is amazing here! When you come in make sure to ask for her! She is a bright light of energy.

One of the dirty locations. Patio area was a mess and the bathroom was atrocious. Not a favorite location

My daughter and I love to go to Starbucks as a special mother daughter treat once or twice a month. This one is pretty close to our house so we go here frequently. It is pretty typical of a Starbucks with no special "bells & whistles". The parking lot is horrible; trying to navigate the parking lot makes me want to drive the extra 20 minutes to the next closest Starbucks.

I’m not sure what is amiss at this location, but every time I come here, something is always wrong. Either the service is slow, the drinks often made wrong, or the store is filthy. Today was the worst it’s ever been: there was a huge spill on the floor that someone apparently placed napkins over; we waited a long time to be rung up (we were the only people in line). After someone finally took our order, we waited for over ten minutes past the time the Starbucks app said the drinks would be ready by and inquired about their status. After some searching, we found they had put our drinks in the drive-thru. Finally we had to take the majority of our drinks back to be fixed (for one, they even left an ingredient out completely!).

I do want to stress that at nearly all other Starbucks are expertly run locations, but such cannot be said for here.

I came in and ordered two things: a vanilla bean crème frappe (Venti) and an ice water (Tall), and 5 people got their food before me, i waited 20 minutes for a 5 minute order, Adamaris, an employee who seemingly dislikes me was the person to take my order, and my order was just sitting on the counter without my name being called, then I had to walk up and ask if my order was ready about 15 minutes into waiting. I have also seen employees giving away free drinks for their friends in secret.

Nice, friendly location. Not super easy to get in and out, if you are in a hurry.

Hello consumer world! Please forgive me for not writing this sooner. This is one of the best starbucks I've ever been to and I just moved here from Tampa Florida about a year ago. Everytime I come, my drink is always made to perfection but they don't always have a blueberry muffin for me and that's okay. What they do have is a wonderful associate named Christian who has given me exceptional service from the drive-thru every time I come! He has gone above and beyond and has the same bright, positive, friendly attitude each and every day and that is rare and something to treasure. I came to Starbucks today and drive-thru wait time was a little longer than usual and I thought to myself, "Christian must be off today!" Make sure you stop in and give a tip to the baristas working hard at making our coffee as special as they are! Please if you're management and reading this, Chrisitian deserves a raise and a little more than a mug, T-shirt, or employee of the month! Keep up the good work! Job well done!

I went thru the drive thru this morning a little after 6am and the line was a little backed up but I was patiently waiting. Once I got to the window I was handed part of my order and didn’t receive my drink. Young man walked away and started working on someone else’s order. I sat and waited and saw him going back and forth and my drink was sitting on the counter. I thought maybe he thought he had given it to me so when he came back up I asked could I get my green tea. He rudely answered Yes I am going to get it, what do you want me to do, we’re rushing and it’s just two of us here. I took the tea and was shocked with that response and felt it was uncalled for. I had no way of knowing it was just two of them and even so a better response would have been just a minute please or anything more courteous. I don’t typically do reviews but when you go thru the drive thru and pay with a card you’re asked to tip. That is a sure fire way not to get one. I have worked in the service industry and still do and know what great customer service is about even when you’re overwhelmed. I think this person needs to go back to the drawing board and be retrained.

Wendell Starbucks is my go-to Starbucks during the week...not because the service is exceptional or because they can read a ticket and make the drink correctly (they don't), but because it's the only Starbucks near me. On weekends, I am willing to make a 50 minute round-trip drive to get a drink made correctly. It's really a hit or miss kind of Starbucks. Occasionally you get the barista who sees that you asked for (and paid for) a particular syrup to be added to your drink. Seven times out of 10, you won't. Which means you either have to stand and wait in a 15 minute line to have them remake it, or suck it up and drink it as-is. I actually had to purchase peppermint syrup to keep in my home for all the times they've messed up my drink, just so I can fix it when I get home. Additionally, I had a barista tell me (after I waited nearly 20 minutes for my drink) that, "I'm sorry for the wait. I work slow". I appreciated the apology but was embarrassed for the reason. I'm just waiting and praying for the day for a Starbucks to open in the town I live in.
